I even ate some chocolate mint and parsley I have been growing in my courtyard and sorting out the mess in my place. I think it's symbolic, a lot of my friends have been tidying up and clearing things out.
We seem to want to start afresh, to bring in the new year and I am exhausted just from clearing the plants, washing, vacuuming and mopping.
There's one day left and I am reading in the sun and have been contemplating everything that I have done and have achieved this year. I also have been thinking of new year's resolutions and what I would like to do this year.
For now, I'm loving being in the sun.
