I just discovered this great site while doing networking on Twitter and I love the idea of naturally increasing my energy.
For those of you who do know me, I try to keep healthy by drinking water, eating superfoods, taking antioxidants, applying sunscreen, trying to look after my body (most of the time I veg) but I love knowing that we can look after ourselves quite easily and well.
I can be extremely lazy and a terrible eater although I drink loads of water now, am eating veggies and fruits and I am obsessed with superfoods, vitamins, supplements - because I am not exactly the healthiest.
I will try at least five of these this long weekend.
And walk both Sat and Sun morning.
